The orientation Interpretation is imprinted by a focus on the individual and his or her artistic integrity and profile. The tuition gives you a coherent comprehension of the musical demands of the national and international arena for solo and ensemble performance.
We expect that you take responsibility for your own distinctive work path, and the seminars and supervision aim at supporting this process.
It is challenging to question the concept of interpretation and we try out different definitions and constructs around the concept.
The different subjects leads towards the development of written and oral tools with the overall goal to be able to grapple the claims of the profession and the market place.
In interpretation and improvisation you can make a free choice of musical genre, style or instrument: Classical music, Free performance, Jazz, Folk music or World music.
